Working Student Supply Planning & Purchasing (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will support the daily operations of Supply Planning and Purchasing while gaining valuable hands-on experience in supply chain management. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to ensuring efficient processes, reliable product availability, and smooth coordination across departments. Your key responsibilities include:

Assisting in inventory management and monthly planning, ensuring accurate stock levels and forecasting.
Supporting operational purchasing activities, including order processing, delivery tracking, and supplier coordination.
Enhancing communication and information flow between Supply Planning, Purchasing, and other teams.
Contributing to data analysis and reporting to improve decision-making and optimizing processes.
Collaborating on process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the supply chain.

Your profile

You will thrive in this role if you are a proactive and reliable student with a strong interest in supply chain and purchasing processes. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (e.g., Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field).
Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
